Thirty years of experience in the world of moulding allows us to deal with the production of items that can be classified in the most diverse product sectors: automotive, fashion, cosmetics, agriculture, furnishings, construction and medical.

The organisation of the department is set up on a single shift during daytime hours and monitors the correct processing of orders and shipping logistics. In this regard, a control system based on Engineering 4.0 was introduced, which allows remote control of all our moulding machines; the control optimises all machine times from the start until the end of the product as well as the working time of the machine until the final product is manufactured.

In addition, barcodes and labelling of outgoing articles are generated to improve customer logistics.

Finally, if moulded printed item is only a part of the final product, assembly can be done in-house.
